Social media has become a significant part of our lives, and it can be both empowering and overwhelming. That's why it's essential to educate young people on how to use social media positively and responsibly.

By providing interactive and engaging social media safety sessions in Primary and Secondary schools, you are equipping young people with the tools they need to stay safe and make informed decisions online. These sessions allow for a non-judgmental space where students can freely express their thoughts, feelings, and experiences on social media without fear of being criticized or ridiculed.

Empowering young people to engage with social media safely and at their own pace not only fosters their digital literacy but also promotes their mental health and wellbeing. As a society, we owe it to our young people to help them navigate the digital world confidently and responsibly, and social media safety sessions are an excellent way to achieve this goal.
